Basics
When it comes down to it Outwar is a game of whoever has enough thugs/Ft/Fans.
You get these by getting people to click your secret link on your main menu page
after sign in. Also when people click your link you can get
referrals/underlings.
There are two levels of underlings the first level and second. The first level
will give you the most direct amount of extra hits. For every 3 thugs/ft/fans
they get you get 1. So you get 1/3 of whatever amount of hits (thugs/ft/fans)
they have. For the second level it’s the same thing but this time you only get
1/5. It is great to have a lot of underlings.
As soon as you can, join an Outwar crew. On the left side you will crew
invitations. Pick the crew that you think is closest in your power and will
offer you ample protection. Also buy basic weapons but don’t leave money too
much or not enough money out of the bank. The uses of skills are devastating to
an early player because they cannot recuperate as fast as possible.

Hits
There are thousands of ways to get hits. But there are only a few that work very
consistently. An Outwar player can achieve 350 hits to his link at a maximum.
But he can get another 175 from underlings. The first one is by far the most
work. This one is a very easy but requires lots of time. This is go to aim chat
room preferably computing chats and trade links with other players.
Usually we don’t have that much time so an easy method to use while away from
the computer is a thug builder. These are automatic trading websites. The most
popular are www.outwarexchange.com www.thugbuilder.net www.outwarbuilder.com I
suggest running all 3 of these at once even though you will only be really
contributing hits to one the others will give you credit too. I have seen people
max out or come close to everyday just using this.
The dating service method is also another easy way to get thugs but requires
some set-up. All you do is go to an online dating/singles website and make an
account. Make the account under a females name and if you can supply a picture
put a picture of a hot woman. Also in the profile include some things that a
girl likes to do but make her to be more than willing to share pics. Now go to a
free website provider via, angelfire or geocities. Make a website like
www.angelfire.com/ex/ratedpics . Don’t add anything to it just in the html code
put a met tag refresh. If you don’t know what this is search goggle for meta tag
refresh code maker and it will supply you with the code. Just copy and paste
into website’s code and insert your link wherever the meta tag refresh code
website said to change it. Now go back to the dating service and add a link to
the website you made in the profile. Also try to participate in chats they have
and talk dirty for the pervs. That usually helps.
The method that works almost perfect is the msn chat method. First download msn
messenger and make a net passport. Again make it under a girl’s name. When you
make the profile do it the same as the dating service and where it says website
include your redirection website. Now all you do is open 10 chats for dial up.
With high speed I got it up to 50 chats. Now when choosing rooms look at the
teens and romance category. Find ones that say naughty girls, pics in pro and
ones that have a lot of members in there. To avoid getting banned from the chats
speak for a couple seconds and then just open another one. If you find yourself
or your profile restricted because msn does that make another msn net passport
and start all over. The more chats the more hits. You can easily max out
everyday from this method. Last do not spam your link in the chat you will be
booted instantly.
This is the hot new method that I have used but never liked to the full extent.
Not a lot of people know this method, which makes it original. InDieD has had
great success with this method and I have too but I prefer the MSN chat one to
this. It is called THE PERL METHOD.

Attacking Methods
There are two ways of attacking people. But how does the game figure out how
much money you get when you attack? This is the formula (taken from INDIED’s
guide)….
1. You get 1% of the persons total Items + Money out per 1 attack. Here's a
little formula I created. X=M(Ax.01) X=Money you receive, M=Persons Total Money
+ Items and A=# of attacks used. Heres an example.. A person has 12 Mini guns,
Nuke, Plasma, and 27 Mill Cash Out. 12x2,000,000=24,000,000 + 4,000,000 (Nuke) +
4,000,000 (Plasma) + 27,000,000 (Cash Out) = 59,000,000. Ok now that is you "M"
now your formula should look like this X=59,000,000(Ax.01). Now you decide you
want to use 9 attack so it would look like this. X=59,000,000(9x.01), Now you
just use your Calculator and Figure this out and you get 5,310,000 Million per 9
attacks. Pretty simple huh?
In simple turns you will get 1% of the money that is not banked per one attack
turn. So if you use 10 attack turns you will get 10% of the money out of the
bank. Usually if you attack a person with not a lot of money out of the bank but
a lot of weapons you will gain quit a lot.
How to attack………
There are two simple ways the most common one is the hit and bank. This is you
damage the enemy’s items because you triple hit. Move on to a few more than
quickly sell all you items then banking so the person you hit has nothing to
really steal. This method proves true for weaker players.
The next method is easily accomplished with skills (indestructible bag). You
start attacking people slowly building up and buying weapons triple hitting
everyone that you can. YOU MUST HAVE A LOT OF ATTACKS TURNS. Well over a
thousand to accomplish less if you are of higher rank. Once you get a lot of
weapons you can either sit there and wait to get killed after the indestructible
bag wears off or sell and bank what you can.
